Unless you are lucky enough to have a department all to yourself, or better yet, run your own business, you have been in the presence of “one of those people” that simply drives you nuts at work. They exaggerate, butt-kiss, slack, disagree with everything, say things will never work… you get the idea. Worse than being annoying and making your work life less than fun, they suck the productivity right out of a team.
